Nicholas R. Miraglia, Esq.
Nick Miraglia is a life-long resident of Rochester.
He graduated from McQuaid Jesuit High School in 1998. He purchased his first rental property on Otis Street in Rochester and shortly thereafter and has been a landlord ever since.
Nick has extensive experience in landlord-tenant matters, representing a large number of landlords over the years. Nick is skilled in assisting landlords with making distressed real estate investments profitable and prides himself on his ability to add value to his clients’ portfolios through his legal expertise.
Nick’s interests include reading, cigars, anything with a V8 engine, skiing, traveling (he has been to all 50 states), and spending time with his daughter.
Besides his law degree, he holds masters degrees in both Public Administration and Taxation.
