Nicholas R. Miraglia, Esq.
Nick Miraglia is a life-long resident of Rochester.
He graduated from McQuaid Jesuit High School in 1998. He purchased his first rental property on Otis Street in Rochester and shortly thereafter and has been a landlord ever since.
Nick has extensive experience in landlord-tenant matters, representing a large number of landlords over the years. Nick is skilled in assisting landlords with making distressed real estate investments profitable and prides himself on his ability to add value to his clients’ portfolios through his legal expertise.
Nick’s interests include reading, cigars, anything with a V8 engine, skiing, traveling (he has been to all 50 states), and spending time with his daughter.
Besides his law degree, he holds masters degrees in both Public Administration and Taxation.

Erin M. Elsner, Esq.
Erin Elsner focuses her practice on landlord-tenant litigation matters as well as residential and commercial real estate. Over the years, Erin has effectively represented thousands of landlords, both big and small, in summary proceedings and assists landlords and commercial tenants with lease negotiations.
Erin’s depth and scope of experience assists her clients with navigating the ever-changing landlord-tenant laws.
In her free time, Erin enjoys camping and hiking with her husband and two daughters.

Theresa J. Ferrara, Esq.
Theresa Ferrara concentrates her practice on residential real estate transactions and landlord-tenant litigation matters.
Meticulous by nature and an avid learner with a broad range of professional experience, Theresa holds herself to high standards to earn great results for her clients on the shortest possible timeline.
Having previously litigated eviction cases on behalf of tenants and having handled evictions in more than two dozen different courts throughout Western and Central New York, Theresa is well versed in the strategies used by all players in the system.
Outside of work, Theresa’s interests include spending time with her son, traveling, yoga, and classic movies.
